Almonds soaked in water gives more benefits?.

Nuts are one the foods containing more healthy values.it nowadays consider as a healthy snack in everyone's diet.almonds taste is not as good as cashew nuts..but it's good to eat them as they contain more fiber,protein,omega fatty acids. Some say that soaking almonds in water unlocks even more healthy benefits.i have started to soak them in a bowl overnight in water.started eating early morning.it feels better.
Soaking almonds increase the amount of nutrients and vitamins your body absorbs from the food.almonds contain an enzyme inhibitor on its brown skin.its better to peel off it's skin and eat to get better benefits :)

Haven't tried soaked almonds. They are very yummy in chocolates and ice creams. I like eating almonds

@Icydoll - I have tried to solk Almonds in water and peeled them - have to continue doing that in the future.. We can buy milk, made of almonds, but am not sure if it is made of peeled almonds, but it is organic..

@buenavida it's better to peel the skin of almonds to get more healthy benefits.when we soak them in water the skin will be easy to peel.i have tried almonds soaking in milk too some how taste is better.

@buenavida soaking in milk have some good taste ,but some don't like milk products..so they can opt this method.hope you continue this method and be more healthy :)

I soak some almonds before going to sleep so as to enjoy soaked almonds in the morning. I love it.

@Icydoll Don't laugh if I tell you that I have set a daily alarm in my mobile so as to remind me about Almonds, therefore I don't forget.
When alarm goes, I soak almonds in a bowl. I peel it in the morning to consume.

Yes, I have heard it and have tried it but don't follow it as I keep forgetting to do it. However, I do eat a few almonds during the week.

Yes I have. My mom had an accident while she was expecting which had caused some injuries to my brain. I was advice to soak raisin (dry grapes) and almond and drink it in the morning. Nowadays I am too lazy and I have stopped doing it. I wonder if that is what is causing intense pain on my left side of brain.
Thanks for sharing. I will go to the grocery store and buy some. I'll start having them again.
