Maybe I'm not the only one. Have you experience dreaming and you wake up that it was paste in your clearly.
You remember.
You sleep again.
You forget.
Until now I can't remember the scene of the dream that I thought would never forget.
One thing for sure, it's a nice dream that I want to remember it.

It's happening to me these past few days. I know I dream. I still remember them but it the morning I completely forget the details of my dream. I use to remember my dreams but now they are hard to remember

@ilocosboy Yes that's true. I try to recall them in the morning but cannot. It means we get deep sleep our brain forgets the dreams

It is nice to have beautiful dreams like happy moments with loved ones or funny dreams.

hi, i totally agree with you, i have experienced the same. I saw a dream and then i woke up. I was able to recall the whole dream each and every feeling from the dream. then went back to sleep so that i can continue the dream. After waking up you are blank. i was not able to remember a thing. god know why ? But i have noticed one thing, if you don't sleep again, you will remember the dream for a day or so. and if you share the dream with some one then you will remember for ever.

we can still recall our dreams if they are connected with our real life, not fantasies.

@ilocosboy yes.
why don't you list in a small notebook the dream that you previously had the night before? it is also a test of memory recall.
would you believe that i still have some recollection of my dreams from many many years ago?

I woke up from a dream and vividly remember some scenes, then I fall back to sleep, wake up and could hardly remember.
But there are instances I could still remember just parts of it.

That's what happened, how I wish to remember those details of my dream.
