There seem to be two types of people in the world..those who like yogurt and those who never let it touch their lips. I just had some banana cream yogurt with bananas.Yogurt is good for you, has probiotics and calcium and alot of the versions don't have that many calories. I have heard some of the best is whole milk yogurt, which I tried fairly recently.I had banana cream for lunch. Do you like yogurt, and if so, what is your favorite kind?

I eat it once or twice a week, but it is temperature dependent. I am more likely to eat it when it is warm.

@much2say I will try it sometime. I know a lot of people swear by it. It seems a bit more appealing than Kombucha.

Yes, I like yogurt very much, but I don't always drink it. The last time I bought one liter bottle at the Supermarket was two weeks ago. I had started a diet and I bought a fat and calories free yogurt. The bottle was 2 dollars expensive, also isn't cheap but the product was good. As for the flavours, there are different kinds of them. I like strawberry, mango, maracuya, lucuma and so on.

I eat lots of plain whole milk yogurt from a local dairy that was part of Ken Kesey's family. I put a few tablespoons on my cereal each morning. We also like Chobani yogurt. The Turkish born founder of that huge American company gives much of the profit to Syrian refugee causes.

I have used it in place of sour cream too. Except in the store they usually sell those big containers of plain, and I don't want all that.

@DianneN You can even mix the large container with some of your own flavorings for flavored yogurt. I have done that before as well.

@snowy22315 True, but we eat most of the large container. I did find smaller ones here in Florida, but not at home.

I really like Yogurt, but my husband only likes Frozen Yogurt. My favorite kind is the Greek Yogurts in either Cherry or Blueberry. Pineapple is not that bad.

I like the new fangled flavors. Greek yogurt doesn't seem to have quite as much variety in flavors as some of the other types.

I like yogurt. I like to have yogurt with curry and rice or bread. I also add sugar to plain yogurt and have. Yogurt is cooling to the body.

I buy plain yogurt and use it instead of sour cream in recipes and on potatoes. I also eat it with strawberries or peaches and a little stevia if they're too sour. I have even put chocolate drink mix in it and that turned out pretty good. Buying it plain in a larger container is a lot cheaper than buying it in those small containers.

You are right about that! However, some of the off brand stores have very inexpensive prices on the little cartons.

I like yogurt but not all kinds.I preferred flavored yogurt and my favorite is mango. Yogurt is good to improve your digestion and loaded with probiotics which fights bad bacteria in your gut.
