I think men have it harder. Men are responsible for the main support of their family, and they're judged according to how well they provide. Women have it easy in comparison. Modern women have few pregnancies, and with modern medical advances they can manage the difficulties of these pregnancies quite well.

Yeah I have to agree with you there. Woemn get all the icky gritty nitty stuff, like pregnancy, LABOUR, menstruation, menopause, plus there are a lot higher social expectations on women, although there was the so called feminist movement, we still live in a primarily patriarchal society.

I dont know I dont think so...I mean I loved being pregnant, giving birth and nursing...even with my youngest who was born preemie and that was a damn painful labour...but I was blessed with the ability to give birth etc and thats something my husband nor any man will ever get to experience...sure it hurts etc but its the best hurt I've ever known!! Periods I can do without but just because I have them doesnt make life more difficult in my opinion....As far as jobs etc we tend to get discriminated against - ppl assuming we arent capable of doing the same work or amount of work in some cases etc which is a crock cause then we have to work harder to prove ourselves but in the end the payoff is better because not only do we get the job done but we get the well deserved respect....LOL then again maybe I just look at things from a different angle ;)

Men typically are the ones who have to deal with the ladies that are going through what ever at that time. Plus, when women get moody it is us guys who get the brunt of it when it is not even our fault. Plus, we don't get paid time off of work after a baby is born.

I dont think that I have it necesarily harder than men. There are things that we have to deal with that can seem really hard to do, but then men have things too that are harder to deal with. I Love being A woman I would not have it any other way!!
