Good afternoon.Just back from my daughter house for lunch.
She made a wonderful chicken casserole and done a good job.
My ex wife was there and my son.A rare appearance for me.
In March we are supposed to spend a few days or more in Naples,Fl.
To visit my sister in law.Mike is not too keen as he is worry about my health issues and with the flu going on.this is worse.
My immune system not the great but so far so good.
I am trying to tell him that this may be the best thing for me to get some warm and sun.If things gets worse we can always cancel it.
We still get credit .I am more optimist than Mike.LOL
I need the ocean, the warm sun,and my body against warm sand
This will perk me up.
I need this badly. We will see.
photo is mine.I need the ocean.

I need the ocean too but I love going to the ocean with my friends and loved ones.
I got an invitation to go to an island this February 14 from a student of mine. She asked me if I could join her, her husband, and two fo their friends. But I don't think I'd be comfortable joining them there and besides, it's valentine's day and I'd rather spend it with my family. I have not told her I couldn't join her yet and I'm finding it hard to.

@amadeo Not for me. I'd rather spend valentine's with my own family.

Yes, the breeze of the sea is so good for you. Especially, when it is done in the early morning and it is sunny. And keep walking in the sand barefoot, because it is said that the sand has good effects on your health, in addition to the fresh sea breeze.

Besides, the enthusiasm of looking forward to something helps your immune system, oh, and I think salt water kills germs. Maybe that is wishful thinking, but I do think you need the beach.

Great picture. I think I've admired this t-shirt before.
What was in that casserole? Sounds like you really liked it, since you were too full for dinner!

i love your t-shirt - 45 rpm!
i think the sun, sand and sea would do you good and, as you say, you can cut it short and go home again after a few days if it's not.
