Part 2: Flu, now Pneumonia?

I recently wrote that my husband has the flu, but was so thankful that he seemed to having a mild case and was actually feeling a little better yesterday.
Last night he had a really bad attack of acid reflux and inhaled something into his lungs.
He coughed all night. I took him to Urgent Care as soon as it opened this morning. They did a chest xray and blood work... should get the results soon.
But in case he has Aspiration Pneumonia, they started him on antibiotics, Prednisone, an inhaler, and cough meds. The flu may have been an influence with the pneumonia.
If he's not better by Saturday, the doctor will admit him to the hospital.
Please say a prayer for him and that I'll stay well so I can take care of him. Thank you, God is merciful.
EDIT: Just got the results and he does have Pneumonia. He has an appt with his Internist on Thursday.

Most whos had the flu this year has gotten pneumonia afterwards.

Aspiration pneumonia is when a foreign object is inhaled into the lungs and turns into pneumonia.

I'm glad we didn't wait. We got to Urgent care before it opened, so my husband was the 2nd one to be seen, unlike Saturday whe he went with the flu and waited 4 hours to be seen.

I'm praying all those things will help. We've stayed away from the ER because it's packed with flu people and takes hours to ever be seen.
