Good news from the doctor...praise God for His mercy!

I took my husband to the doctor today, and got a good report. He hasn't had fever in a couple of days and his lungs sounded better.
He still has a cough and has to finish all his meds, but for the most part he isn't contagious now. Yay, I can actually kiss him again!
I think the fact that he got a flu shot (even if it was the wrong strain of the disease) and got started on Tamiflu right away helped him have a milder case than some. His doctor said he didn't think the pneumonia was from the episode of acid reflux, it may have contributed to it, but most likely was related to the flu.
Anyway, we're so thankful to God for doctors, medicines, insurance to pay for a lot of the meds, but most of all for God's wonderful mercy and kindness. We're also very, very grateful for all the prayers from the myLotters.

I can imagine, hopefully he can get out now. Tell him to go enjoy some good fresh air, that always makes a body feel better.

I believe with the flu shot, the Tamiflu, and prayers on his behalf to a merciful God, helped him get better much faster.
