The woman came up to me to see if I was interested .Yes.
I done Tai Chi for many years and advanced with the swords.
Then the teacher left with no one replaced here.
Thursday night will check this out.Monday night is the advance ones.
Will check out the class and the teacher.
I am looking forward to this.I missed it.It helps me with my balance and any stress that I have.

My local community center does tai chi classes. I've been wanting to try it myself, but haven't had any toddler free time yet. Some day!

I've heard about it but never tried it myself. I think it's nice doing that mostly for balance and maybe in a way it is kind of a meditation when all of our body must to be in focus.

If you are looking for real Tai Chi practice, Chen Bing Taiji Academy is the school you have to go attend. I have done modern and health Tai Chi, but this school is completely different. They will teach you everything from standing meditation, silk reeling, forms, push hands, and applications. Most importantly they will put their hearts and souls into the art and their students.

I think it's good if you try to follow that class because tai chi is a self-centered science centered on qi (inner power), and as far as I know we are tai chi and age is growing then the 5 elements in ourselves are also growing and getting healthier.

Tai Chi is a wonderful exercise (as is yoga) that helps a lot with balance. Anne took it for several years and hopes to get back to it.
