These flowers only show up in the monsoon season but we have had unseasonal rains of late and that has resulted in these flowers known as Bengal Clock flowers (Thumbergia) showing up. A true bonanza.

The state of Orissa is adjacent to Bay of Bengal. Cyclone Yash is expected to enter Chandipur in Orissa at the beginning. It is surrounded by sea waters and lovely agricultural fields. Everyone is expected to remain safe.

The sea coasts in Digha and Mandarmani can get severely affected by cyclone Yash. With wind speeds of around 150 km per hour it can damage many coastal houses and also paddy fields. It is really loss for human property.
