I see hell, not heaven.... I don't know exactly, why I always feel that. Maybe because of trauma or a failure in the past time or whatever. Since that day I always feel's like I'm in hell in every situation, I always see difficulties in every chance, I was afraid before going to war. The one thing that I have is power to survive. Now I'm struggle to change my mindset so I can see heaven in every difficulty, trouble, inconvinience and other bad situation. Easy to say, but so hard to change it in a night

I can understand why you feel that way after your failure. Whatever failure it is, be it in status in life or love life, let it be your motivation to be better. As I have read the thread you had with Toni, I discovered it's your love life you failed. And just as Toni had said, don't keep looking for someone. Just pray for her and she will come though if she doesn't then accept it with a whole heart. One can be very happy even without someone. What's the use of a someone if she is someone who can make your life miserable like those who opted to be divorced and found their freedom. Keep you faith in God, my friend. God will help you.

If your ex doesn't want you move on with your life. Try to find more times with those who love you.

I understand you so well! In time we can change that mindset. We need a lot of patience.

Did you ever experience it? Then how you can fix it?

I think you are psychologically impaired due to your past failures and sad experiences in life. You need to find someone who could help you fix that.

I lost my beloved... again and again because of my deficiency, I'm tired to find someone. I hope I'm found by someone.

@kakah87 Stop looking for someone. That will give you peace of mind. People who are meant for you will go to you and will be in your life and you don't have to search for them. I think that's why you kept losing them.

Our brain is powerful that what happens in our life depends on what we are focusing into. It's important to look at the brighter things side of things no matter how difficult the situation we are in.What's permanent in this world is change. If we are suffering for now, we can still have a better future.Just don't lose your hope.

@kareemadivina I think so,,, When I saw my mother, there is a question cross my mind "How she can be strong like that while I can't? I'm her child, why I could like her?". That thing makes me rise up, just it... just it.

I can totally relate to this. I get this way a lot until I finally just say, No, no more. It isn't easy to wake up everyday and feel like I am going to screw up at something. But you just start off at patting yourself on the back of all the good things you have done. You put on pants today? Good job. You brushed your teeth, great! You finished breakfast, that is freaking awesome. It starts to get easier. I still have days where I feel like I am worth nothing in this world, I am not good enough, we all get this way. But it does get easier as long as you know you are worth it and you can do anything as long as you set your mind to it.

@kakah87 It is hard, it will always be hard. Have you ever considred seeing a professional? I know it isn't for everyone, but some people feel really good after seeing a psychologist.

You're right, friend. I've tried to enjoy every time in my life and be grateful but seems like my mind always look at the negative side by design, still hard to control it.

It will get easier as time goes by. As long as you will it and find a way to overcome it, you will definitely overcome it.
