Mighty warm for middle of February

Not that I'm complaining, mind you. It's 73 F here in eastern NC. Feels more like spring than winter, that's for sure.
It's great to have a break from the cold weather, although "cold" is relative and I'm thankful our cold isn't as cold as the cold in some parts of the country.
I've got all the windows open and the ceiling fan going. I'm tempted to turn on the ac, but the fresh air feels wonderful. Maybe blow away some of those flu germs.
My husband is feeling better from the flu and pneumonia, but still has a terrible cough. I guess as long as he doesn't start with a fever again, he'll get well soon.
Hope you guys are having a break from winter or at least not more snow and ice.
Is it warm in your part of the planet?

@1creekgirl No. Last year we got crazy heavy snow and ice storms for three months straight. This year its warmer than usual. I'd rather have this year.

@1creekgirl Yes, it's summer here. We get frosts in the winter but not always a lot of them. And that's as cold as it gets.

Yes, it has been pretty warm here this month. Some days it hits the 70s. It has been a bit cooler than that the last few days, but it's still warm.

We had some decent springlike temperatures today too but it was cloudy. Sunshine would have made it heavenly.

It's always warm in Arizona haha Today it has reached 66 degrees and that is considered cold. Is that a samoyed puppy? They are so cute!

I'm glad your husband is feeling much better. Yes, it's warm in my part of the planet too, but not to worry, we're getting snow on the weekend. It's crazy looking outside and seeing grass in the middle of February. We got up to 46 yesterday. Temps are returning to normal today.

Here in the eastern part of the state, it's supposed to be really warm all next week. Just long enough for the trees to bloom before the next frost kills them.
