Most of the countries have strict law about vehicle driving. Seat belt compulsory for for wheeler s and helmets for two wheeler. But some people not like to do that they wear caps instead of helmets and not caring about seat belts.
Some interesting argument is that they will lost their hair styles . But head is important than hair or hair style. I want to know do you wear a helmet or tie your seat belts while driving?

It is a legal requirement to wear a seatbelt. It has saved many lives since it was made compulsory. Only a fool would not wear one!

@shshiju In the UK all passengers are required to wear belts. I take great pleasure telling my wife to belt up when she gets in the car !

Yes here, those using motorcycles should be wearing helmets when they ride on them, even with their back rides.
we also use the seatbelt when riding our car. Not only we will be fined if caught not with it, but also for our safety when riding the car.

@arthurchappell I think your public transport system is good . Here the buses are congested with passengers.

@shshiju don't you understand defensive driving? a defensive driving is driving with caution and precaution and on the safe side always. a defensive driver drives with safety and stays away from accidents.
offensive driving is self-explanatory. you drive fast, as if threatening or manipulating the other motorists. i hope we get clear on this.
defensive driving is not an attitude, it is a responsibility.

Oh hmmm people sometimes invent nonsense. Well to my opinion only high punishment will make the roads much more safer for all of us. Car accidents are horrible thing. It's a real war.
