which processor do u hav? AMD or INTEL?

my computer using Intel processor.

INTEL

Intel based.. As you see most of the responses, INTEL makes the mark. This is just like the debate on Windows and Linux. Linux might be better, but windows is easier to use. And believe me, people go by trust and experience. Who would want to fudge into minute details for taking every decision, go by the general one, so take the thing the market is behind, and that yesterday, today and tomorrow will be Intel.

I have AMD based pc.............

I have 1 pc with AMD and 1 pc with intel.I prefer AMD for games though.

For my desktop i hhave AMD athlon processor where as for my laptop i have intel core 2 duo and both are very good

I stand by AMD! Intel CPUs are much more stable and don't require as much cooling as the AMD chips, but the latter are more bang for the buck and are really fun to overclock, True Amd Processors have got alot more bang as compared to Intel processors also taking into account the price gap, I use AMD because comparatively cheap, high performance, high stabilty, greater support for gaming, i recommned AMD FX 64 bit computing.It has many advantage over intel pentium 4 processors.but i heard that intel pentium duo core2 is much better than other precedures and a like performance with AMD 64.so i f you are going to buy a new computer either you go for AMD FX 64 or Pentium 4 Duo core 2.

I've always used Apple computers. I have an i-mac now and I'm very happy to use it, it's easy to use, fast, reliable. At work we use intel based pc, it isn't bad, but I prefer Macintosh, it's a long time I use them....

My notebook has Intel and my desktop has AMD. I've only had both for a few days, so I cannot say which is better, but so far I like them both.

Intel because its a brand name that every one knows

I use an old PIII(Enhanched)@1Ghz speed and raw speed ie. FSB @ 133Mhz.

I am more in stable and less required cooling fan, i choose Intel Pentium, and i used Intel Pentium for many years and it never let me down. I handle AMD Processor over a years, i see the difference both speed and performance, i couldn't see any difference, but the really things coming up, AMD bugging down because of the processor over heat up and you have to but a cooling fan for it. But i think it depends on the user, on how they handle their computer. Wheher it is AMD or Pentium.

I have Intel too but I heard the ne AMD Athlon X2 is also good. What intel processor do you have? Are you satisfied with it so far? Planning to get an AMD?

I used to have an intel processor,but unfortunately one day during rainy season,a lightning hit the electric line near my house and my processor including my motherboard was fried.So now,im using an AMD based system.It's also very good,cheaper than intel processors and is also very fast.

i've got an intel, 3Mhz processor, it does a good job!

i also have intel inside p4 processer... and dual core of intel is really good........

Amd athlon 3700+ skt 939.. this really sucks now though and id like to build again using an intel core2duo e6600 but i dont have the cash at the mo!
