Aren't you afraid to use your name and picture here?

I don't reveal my last name, and no one can really tell much about me based on the occasional picture. Facebook is way more dangerous, which is why I am super careful on there.

I am not afraid to be in danger like that because a lot of people know who I am on the internet. I don't use my name though, because I don't want people to accidentally come across something I say and maybe be hurt or confused by it. It's a matter of privacy for me, not safety so much.

I don't use my name and my photo is old...I have made friends here that I trust and have visited with them in real time. I don't give info to everyone, only those that I have known for a long time on line and I use the private message that is here for us to use when we need to be careful and share private addresses with others.

Some are not afraid one bit, then again, others are.

It is true to be careful with providing to much information on websites. As long as you don't provide both name and photo one should be safe.

There is always risk with that. I feel more comfortable as I am, sort of anonymous. You are right danger lurks everywhere.

Ofcourse I am very scared of posting my picture in any site even if its mylot. That's why I never posted my picks even on Instagram.
