Just want to review about my job searching experience in UAE. There is no doubt salaries are good and tex free but job searching is little tougher in UAE. Its just because for following reasons. UAE is considered as gateway to east for west and for weat to east. Most of companies have their setup in their own countries and they are in UAE just as transit office. so they keep their staff as much short as possible.

It depends on your expertise on the things. I have heard that skilled persons easily get a job in UAE. Also your qualification helps you get the job easily.

Do you mean you are searching for a job in United Arab Emirates? Surely the salaries are good there, but I think you are right that most are temporary jobs.

No actually once you get job here it's not temporary because of government rules. It's difficult to enter in your first job after it little easy

Knowing that the UAE is a gateway between east and west, it would give you an advantage to learn and speak multiple languages. It would also help to learn everything you can about different cultures and their customs.

I think UAE is now prioritizing their own citizen to have a job first.
