Veggies In Meal

Most of the times I like to have a complete meal and like to have veggies in lunch and eggs in breakfast and it's working for me.
Today it was the turn of Indian Round Gourd and not to forgot they were spicy and had Chapattis and Curd with that.
How's everyone doing? Do you like veggies in lunch?

I should eat veggies every day too. Sometimes, because I am lazy, I don´t eat veggies during the weekend.

@thesupersingh Lunch is my main meal. Thus, I usually have a big salad (hot or cold) and an entree. Usually that is some meat with a side dish. Due to my resistance to insulin, side dishes mean less carbs now.

@LadyDuck I think the main reason is consumption, here most are vegetarain and we have large scale production that helps in keeping the prices in check

I like veggies in lunch ,too. I do love okra (lady's fingers), squash and spinach. How about you?

I like veggies for lunch but only my favorite veggies.
