Welcome to mylot and have a happy mylotting.
Its just like a social media but in social media you just sees someone else's post I mean pictures and if you like that you give comments and all.same thing is here people just post the discussion with which you can interact. If you like that discussion and respond to that discussion.
The more you start the discussion the more you can earn and also its necessary to give respond to the others discussion then and only you will get response on your discussion

This is actually just like Facebook, IG, twitter. Post, like, and comment. The nice thing is that you get to interact with different people from all over the Globe. Not just limited to your friends.
