What’s something your brain tries to make you do and you have to will yourself not to do it?

You have to take it casually or it can be harder to overcome- don't worry- take some warm milk or herbal tea and relax!

Do you have a headset? Go to Youtube and watch an ASMR video. I swear they can make you sleep.

@Shortail Bieber songs are torture for me not relaxation. ASMR are stress relieving videos.

Cheat on my diet! My brain usually wins this battle.

For me, it's the urge to eat goodies after I've eaten supper. My brain says, "Eat goodies!" But my willpower says no.
So who wins, my brain or my willpower?
I'd say that about seventy percent of the time my urge eat junk food after dinner wins over my willpower.

eventually, sleep wins. besides, a sleep benefits us so our brain cells will rest, for another day's activities.

You should see me drooping last Friday afternoon while I was at work. I was so sleepy for some odd reason. Lucky that no one saw me.
