Imagine...

Can you imagine living in this rustic hut? In my mind I can see myself and the hubby sitting on the front porch with a cup of coffee just taking in the view.
I would love taking a walk among the trees spying on all the animals. Communing with mother nature would be a daily happening.
Along the pathway I would throw handfuls of wildflower seeds so there would be a patch of beautiful color to enjoy.
If I could find an area to do so I would plant a vegetable garden. Fresh vegetables for dinner every day, how lovely.
What a wonderful peaceful life it would be.

I'm ready to move in right now. That is my kind of living. I used to own a cabin on 5 acres. It had no water, electric or heat. I enjoyed being there so much. I put my old wood burning cook stove down there, got out my oil burning lamps and was just fine.

That does sound really nice. I have an imaginary place where I go when I get real stressed. It is a cottage by the sea.

@HazySue Yes a great place to heal. I remember one of my students before whose wife got cancer. He told me they're going to live in the mountains to help her wife heal.

@toniganzon it seems to me a good way to induce healing. Out in the middle of nowhere it is stress free.

You painted a perfect picture of what I want my forever home to be! I would love to live in a place like the house in your photo. I would be in heaven! I would need internet access though, or else I wouldn't be able to myLot and tell everybody about my wonderful life in paradise! lol

@HazySue I wouldn't mind being cut off for small periods of time, but I don't think I could last too long without at least some internet connection! lol

I am dreaming of that as well. I like living in a simple and peaceful place. Just the serenity gives me sane in this insane world.

This would be a Great place to be able to retreat too from time to time, and get away for the busy hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sitting there in front of a nice Fire cuddling next to my husband watching a movie and just enjoying the Peace and Quiet

I would love to do that if I can get a chance to live there, peaceful and quiet. Away from noisy crowds.
