Do you laugh a lot?

Laughing is good for us (don't worry about the laughter lines} and we should do it as often as possible. Some people make us laugh. My partner can be very humorous so I probably laugh every day.
Laughter also has health benefits, it decreases stress, brings you together with people, boosts the immune system and helps you relax, and it's infectious too so if you don't do anything else today, have a good laugh and make someone else laugh too!
When was the last time you had a good laugh?

That's good. I laughed earlier and then I cried at a sad film, it's good to cry too I guess.

@sprite1950 It's good to cry when you feel like it. It doesn't make you weak as some believe.

@sprite1950 I cry time by time, but not as much as I laugh.

@dodo19 There were customers in there that looked at her and were smiling so I guess it amused some people.

Kids do say the funniest things. My granddaughter went to the opticians recently. She took a deep breath and said "Mmm I love the smell of glasses"

Only when I hear something funny, if I am watching something I find funny on tv I will laugh my head off.

I think I laugh the most when I am with my partner as he is very humorous. Some people have said he should be a stand up comic.

I miss laughing a lot and when I got the chance I would really use it a lot. It makes me unburden the stress and relaxes me.

@sprite1950 I agree. The laughter of a child is pure innocence. As adults, laughter is fundamental to keep us grounded.

It's great to share a sense of humour. My best friend has the same humour as me and we're always laughing.

I sometimes laugh at things I shouldn't and that's even funnier if you need to stifle it.

My mum laughed a lot and lived until she was 90 so maybe that's true.
