Hair dryer ...used first time!

For the first time I used hair dryer to dry my hair! First , I was in confusion 
whether to use or not.. but later I used it !
People say ,if we use hair dryer often it will damage the hair....!
I don't know how far it's true!
Mostly, I don't use it..I just sit under a fan to dry my hair! What about you friends?

you can let you hair dry a bit from the fan, then use the hair dryer when it's half dry and just use the lowest setting.

Yes,I have used it some times in the past.But I do not use it any more.

I always use a hair dryer and I don't think that it damages my hair. I think it depends on the type of the hair.
