I am working in call center. Usually we have working day on Saturday night. I hate this because each and everyone can enjoy the Saturday night .I need to work for the whole Saturday night. I have leave only on Monday because of this. Monday night I need to go for work. Sunday night and evening only I can able to hangout.
Are you doing night shift?

I heard health will get spoil because of night shift. Night sleep is very important. I advise you to switch over day shift.

Worked the night shift for the longest time. Once I adjusted to the demands of the shift, it wasn't too bad.

I used to work at a hotel as a houseman, and I'd often get home around one o'clock in the morning.
I liked those hours at the time. But that wouldn't work for me at this point in my life.

I would not enjoy a night shift. I used to work a job where I had to be at work by 6AM and hated it.

I did night shift for a few years. I did not like it at all because I have to sacrifice my sleep for work.

I worked night shifts for years. The worst part was going home from work on a bright sunny morning and knowing that I would be asleep all day.

When I was 18 I worked as a nurse in a hospital for people with intellectual disabilities. We worked 12 hour shifts, and on day shift we would work 2 days on, 1 day off. But on night shift we worked 7 nights straight, then had 7 days off. I hated it. It was nice to get a week off, but we spent the first half of it recovering from the night shift.
