Boiled Egg Diet

Helli everyone.
Boiled egg diet is one famous diet nowadays. In this diet you have to consume boiled eggs as the main meal. Sample meal plan for a day is this: breakfast- 2 boiled aggs and a fruit, lunch- 2 apples and sweet potato and dinner a large plate of salad and chicken or 2 boiled eggs.
What do you think of this diet?

I do this too. But I eat it either breakfast or lunchtime. I like it and I also do the intermittent fasting. I do not eat dinner twice a week. ![](/Content/images/emotes/happy.gif)

I couldn't do it as it would still make me hungry and not fill me up for the day. I like my chocolate too here and there as well.

Eggs is a good source of protein and other nutrients. I usually have 3-4 pieces of eggs for breakfast. The best diet that you can do is the one that you can actually consistently follow.

I love egg but this diet might not good for me. I still need to eat rice in the afternoon to avoid stomach ache.

Eggs are basic elements of low carb diets, too. However if you eat it with fruits and potato, it is not low carb. But I think it can help people to loose weight.

Not sure about that diet as I have never really tried anything to lose weight my entire life.
