Day and night

Some people are early birds and others night owls . Why ? Is it because more fun happens at night or because it’s safer during the day ? Questions many may not be able to answer but most will try .

I agree I tend to stay up all night and can’t seem to stay up during the day .

@Gvdess Some people who work as call agent cannot adjust to shifting and turned to be a night owl associated with the insomniac episode.

I could never do it. I’d struggle to get up for school. Even now with work . But I do & I always need an energy drink or coffee otherwise I’ll be cranky lol

I think it’s because as we grow we tend to want to sleep in at night but I’m still young so I still like the night time
