Even if you have read one good book in your life, you will know what reading gives. It gives you incomparable pleasure. While there is no doubt about the fact that reading is a priceless activity, it has been observed that the habit of reading has declined of late. One of the main causes for this decline is the growth of technology. However, what most people don’t know is there is so much to benefit from reading.
What do you guys think about this??

@JohnRoberts LOL, I'm not even sure how to respond to that without this leaving a PG conversation so we'll just send it there.

I don't read as much as I used to because work is so crazy but I do have the Kindle app on my phone and I try to read at least everyday or every other day. I'm currently reading three different books. One is an autobiography by a wrestler, another is a life story buy a wrestler so I guess those are kind of the same kind of books and the third one is Paper Towns by John Green. I've read Paper Towns already but I bought it on eBay a couple months ago and wanted to reread it now that I have the movie. Last year I think I read 127

@JohnRoberts but the books are actually really good. You might actually recognize the names of the wrestlers that I'm reading about. One of them is Mick Foley and the other one is Shawn Michaels.

I love to read, but then I also write, and as an author it's disconcerting to know reading is on the decline, especially reading real books as most people read on their eReaders, whether that is a Nuk, Kindle, or other device for reading. Reading takes you places you can't normally go, and takes your imagination to exciting places. People need to find reading again.

When I read I like to get away from reality at times or get lost in the story.

necessary. When i am in Senior High school understanding them are the most important thing i need to focus on.But now ,i have been admitted by the university therefore i have lots of chances to choose what i need to read. This feeling is so good.
