over the $5 mark

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I was well over the $5 mark in my MyLot earnings this morning, so I'll definitely be able to cash out this month.
Adopting the "aim towards earning an average of 16 cents a day" philosophy has simplified it so much for me on here. I no longer worry that I won't earn enough, or that I have to be a lot more active on here than my life permits in order to be able to cash out each month. I just make a post when I can, interact with other people on here, and it all works out.
And now, everything I get from this point until the 31st is all gravy.

@Courtlynn No, I think this is actually only my 3rd or 4th time cashing out ever too. I wasn't terribly active on here for a while.

I have made nearly $12 so far this month, well actually I had $2.43 from when I was here last time but I'm still pleased with my efforts. Congrats on making it to $5 and we still have a little way to go so you should have a little more

@sprite1950 I think this will only be my 3rd time cashing out on here. I wasn't very active on here for a while.

Yes, I'm nearly to $5.50 now... I'm sure I'll hit $6 before the 31st. Considering how crazy things have been, I'm pretty pleased with my totals.

Knowing I have to make about 16-17 cents a day, which doesn't seem hard to reach, to get to $5 by the end of the month hasn't made things easier for me. Most days I never get anywhere near that amount. And I am active pretty much every day.

@spiderdust This month I had like only 4 days where I made either that much or a bit more.

Some days I don't make that much either, but I do on the average. You'll get there.

I use to worry about cashing out, on My Lot. Now, I always do, by just talking with some people I really like.

Exactly! Once I started just doing that, it worked. Some days were skimpy earnings, some weren't. It all evened out and I didn't have to worry that I wasn't "doing MyLot right" (because I finally was)!

@spiderdust Doing My Lot right only means one thing, listening and communicating with friends on this site. After that? There's nothing else to do:)

Me too. It's nice to sock a little away for gifts and it's like getting a little rebate from hanging out online.

Hooray! Good for you. I haven't been very active the last couple of days but still managed at least sixteen cents each day.

I hit the five dollar mark and I'm well on my way to six. I just might make seven by the 31st. It feels good to earn a little extra. :-)

It does, doesn't it? We joke around the house about the "pennies" I earn during the day, but it's nice to know that I have a little stash saved. I pick up all the coins I find on the ground too.

@spiderdust you're like me. I go walking everyday and always come home with something I need. Sometimes I find $10 and $20 dollar bills.

@Starmaiden When I put in a coat I haven't worn for a while and find a $10 in the pocket, we call that "Magic Money".

Whoo! I can get a whole Starbucks latte!
Actually, it'll get socked away in my PayPal account and stay there until I need it for a birthday gift or Christmas.

you have to get $5 by the end of the last day of the month (march 31st), not by the next months 15th day.

You have until March 31st to earn enough to cash out, and it starts all over again on April 1st.
