Difficult Situation for Freshman at a Company

Even I have many experience for working, but when I changed my job to a new company, I also have a very hard time. Maybe when I was a senior in a company, I treated the freshman well, I tried my best to teach and help them. So, now I am facing a terrible situation. The seniors here maybe only comes to the company a few of months before me. But the two of them learned well about the product of this company,and also they have many experience in this field. When I asked the product information from them, they didn't want to share something with me. Even she has worked for many months here and posted a lot of products photos to the website. But, when I requested photos of product from her, she said she didn't have. For this department only have three people, but they are two seems work together, for me, looks unnecessary. When I came this company, I thought this may be a new challenge for, and wanted to do a good job here. But, when facing this, only feel awkwardness. I don't know how to get out about this. Another thing is when the boss talking about something, she implied that, for the two superiors can work well with each other, but when I joined, there shall be competition, even quarrelling. It sounds ridiculous, even I have experience, but for this job I am freshman, so, I try to be a freshman. But, the two superiors take me as competitor, even I don't understand anything about the products. The past two weeks are very very hard time for me. I hope I can work out.
