I think it's a good habit to have some water before going to sleep. I actually do that from some time now. I don't know if it's helping or not but I'm fine with it but on the other side I don't like having water after I woke up which is proven that it's good
What about you? Do you like to have some water before going to sleep and after you get up in the morning? Please share.

@thesupersingh but I do not have choice actually. If I do not drink enough water before sleep, there a higher chance that my legs will cramped.

@thesupersingh I could take more minutes before you pee so it's better to drink lots of water after you finished your meal.

Definitely, its good to keep our body hydrated for 24hours. It's necessary to take water before sleep because we will be away from it for at least7-8 hours and it may affect our digestion system. Water is essential nutrient for our food digestion.

no, i wouldn't drink much water before i go to sleep. the water will produce more urine and once the urinary bladder is full, your sleep will be distracted and you will have to go to the bathroom to pee.
i think it is better to drink water upon arising in the morning. it is a common knowledge that bronchial secretions pool up in the trachea and we need to liquefy those secretions; hence, water in the morning.

I do drink water before sleeping. Problem is I keep getting up throughout the night to use the bathroom.
