Hello! I am really not in the mood to write today. I just want to get this off my chest.
You guys have been nice to me, and I am grateful for that. I have been quiet about my life. And even if I divulge my “so-called” perfect life, there would be people who would think it is a lie and I am the perfect pretender. That is why better that I keep mum about it. I do not like to show-off cause I do not want attention.
Now, I was badly offended. Offended to the point that I felt my whole life is a lie - my background, my hobbies, my intellectuality, my occupation and let alone my marital status. That all of these are a pretense. Do I need to show proofs just for me to look like I am credible enough and I am not pretending someone else I am not? Just plain lame. And maybe my being a nice and sweet personality would also be seen as a lie or deception.
So here it is. It was a mistake that I lied. I lied about a PART of me. But that PART turned into a WHOLE, that I was made to feel that I myself was a person of disguise or simply a Liar. It was as if My whole being was fake. I do not need to justify myself. I accept I was wrong but to slap me on the face with those two sentences was really way out of line.
But that is fine. I know I was wrong. And this is the thing. It was superficiality that really compelled me to do what I did. People will be nice to you when you look pretty and not because of your intellectuality. I gave it a try. But what happened? Disaster. And with that single lie, I am labelled a disguise.
So now, Tell me if you havent lied or pretended to be someone or something your whole life? I wont mind if you dont. I appreciate if you will. Thank you!

I honestly have no idea what you are referring to, but I've always taken you at face value, meaning honest, friendly, and open. Me, what you see is what you get. No lies.
Don't let anyone bother you. I've had "people" here telling each other that i make up my life. They are such idiots, that I blocked them. I may have a couple of more to go.

That is why I really admire you. You do not care about what others will say or if they will believe you. When you are being honest, for others it is just a lie or a make believe fantasy of your “so-called perfect” life. People will never get satisfied. I feel the same way too.
Other people won't believe me until I show myself who I am.
Then after that confession, everyone here accepted me and still consider part of their daily interaction.
Don't worry about people who judge you because we know they won't make us pretty with their judgement.

No, I have always been just me always and as straightforward as I can be.
I can´t pretend a thing as it shows in my face how I feel and its always been that way.
I don´t what else to say except that I don´t mind if someone pretends sometimes.

Don´t be so hard on yourself.
Life itself is hard and difficult enough without anything else to have to bear.
Leave those burdens on one side all you can and carry on with life the way you are.
I am having some difficult times too and its really hard sometimes but I get up again dust myself down and start all over again as many times as it needs over and over.

I wish people could be as open-minded as you. You will also see another side of a person when they react to such situation. Maybe I trusted too much thinking that the person would understand. But it is okay. I learned my lessons and I realized something in the process. Thank you, @lovingangelsinstead21.

@mlgen1037 Oh I see lol! Well we all tell the odd lie so I wouldn't worry too much. I've had the same experience and I found that after a time the person forgave me. I'm sure this person will in time.

I didnt lie here. hahaha. Everything on my profile is true. What I meant is that I had an experience with someone and that someone knew I lied about something and said something that I was offended of. I said my apologies but that person did not seem to listen to my explanation and was completely shunned out.

You can't expect people to be true here, only a few people does. Not sure today if there are still people that pretends. I hope I don't have to encounter those people that likes to troll around infuriating other users. Sorry you had to go through something here. @Letranknight2015 I do expect people to be true here and in real life. I expect others to be as honest as I am and that is usually what hurts the most is finding out people I believed and trusted lied to me.

I'm not sure what this is all about. I haven't read anything from you that looks like a lie, or could be construed as a lie. As for me. I am who I am. I've always been honest. I don't pretend to be someone I'm not. I've never lied. I know people will say I must have as a child because all children lie. However, as much as I have wracked my brain to find the one instance where I lied, I haven't found it. I'm simply not a liar and never was in any shape or form.

@mlgen1037 I hope they weren't too painful either, and I seriously doubt anyone who admits their faults, as you have, could be the worst person ever. That title is reserved for those who commit the crimes we've seen in the past several years with ISIS, terrorists, and people who willingly without conscience go out to harm other people.

Thank you, Valerie. I appreciate kind words and concern. It is really rare to meet people who are truly honest. And I admire people who are. I have lied a lot of times and I have suffered the consequences but as much as possible I am honest as I can be. But I hope I was not told painful words as if I am the worst person ever.

Whats wrong with other people is that when a mistake was done to them, they think the person's whole being is bad and would not even give chances to that person. Now I feel better, because there are people who are really just bad to the bones and do not have remorse for what they did.

Hanni, I was really going to let it go. I made a mistake then accept what I did and move on. But I really I was offended when I told something after I apologized for lying. Then I snubbed that person. I do not want to be judged because of one mistake that I did. That is why I posted this.

Well with me I am what I am, I don't go out to impress anyone. I am pretty secure in my life even if things keep going wrong right now! lol One thing I have realized is you cant make everyone happy. As long as you know who you are and are basically happy, that you are honest with your significant other those are the important things.
