“Can You Work With An Incompetent Boss?” / myLot

Before I became a home-based ESL teacher, I was working in a local government agency in my city. We were deployed to work with the community. The job is suitable to my personal interest and that is, to help the community to implement their respective projects. However, after a few months, I had seen the flaws of our Project Manager. It is sad to say that he is an incompetent boss of the team. He lacks skills in handling the team. In fact, the team can work without his presence. It was almost a year that I tried to understand his unskillful behavior in the field. But then, I decided to resign because of his incompetence. I can't even stand working under a boss, I had been the boss of myself for almost my entire life so what more if I am placed under an incompetent one

I have the same sentiment. I got tired dealing with my ex-bosses. That's the reason why I worked online. I must say that I am the boss of my time.

If it is co-worker, it is okay. But if it is a boss?!? duhh....

It is really hard to work with those kind of people. It will sure be frustrating to work with.
