Dear friend @thesupersingh I think it depends upon the country and also on the culture...in India it is considered taboo to ask the age of a female gender and salary of a male gender! Which may not be true in every country! Thanks!

Not polite but it has never bothered me to be asked. I will sing it to the world, I have been thru a lot in my life and am proud to have made it to 52 years old! Even better most people think I'm about 10 years younger!! lol

No. I don't like people to ask my age so I never ask. Besides it was taught to me that a man never, ever asks a woman's age until becoming close.

I don't usually ask people's age. However, i am learning to guess their age. On my part, i usually tell them that i am 35 because many get confused of my age. Some thought i am 28 or 29 maybe because i looked younger with my chubby cheeks and big open smile.
