Fear of clowns / myLot

I am a person who hates clowns, Yes I saw clowns in children parties but I hate that feeling! I feel nervous specially when they are coming to me. Anyone has a fear of clowns? And how to overcome that fear?

I adore clowns. Most people who are clowns are just trying to bring joy to others because they are sad themselves and just love to make people laugh. They are comedians. I feel like the best way to overcome that fear is to realize, that is just a person doing their job. Not going to be afraid of an employee wearing blue or red shirts right? Not afraid of children wearing school uniforms. Not afraid of police or military people in uniform right? It is just a person wearing their uniform, making a living, and trying to make people laugh.

Yeah, but I think the movies/pranks with clowns really affects the images of clowns for me. I get paranoid specially if I saw one of it

@kaphokz Yeah, that is what hollywood does. But real clowns they don't do that, they just want to make people happy.
