lossing weight the easy or hard way?

hello everybody, most of us wants to loss weight to keep fit, most of us ladies wants to fit into that lovely black dress, which is the best way to loss weight? by easy way, I mean detox, laxatives, cleansing, and taking slimming pills, and by hard way, going to the gym to workout or other physical activities, so which is better? though I must confess the easy way is faster, what your take?

Although there are lots of pills out there that promotes and promises losing of weight in short period of time, I don't really use any of them and will never do. I'll go with natural way of losing weight.

Do the hard work. Taking pills is a false sense of weight loss as it all comes rushing back.

I don't follow diet.. it's good to eat healthy and do exercise that suits you..

Well. I am a fitness lover dear friend, every morning I jog, and every other day I go to gym.. just avoid to eat fatty foods, junk foods sweet foods and salty foods and take more fruits and vegetables..
