How to stay happy when feeling low?

Today, due to some reason, I am bit upset from morning. I am listening music now. But, it is no longer making me feel happy. Can you suggest some ways?

Listening to live music! Feel it.. dance if you want hehe!!! Eat sweets.. This is what I do to make myself fine when I feel low.

Its you alone can find a way to make you happy dear. Do some activities which can make you happy and interested. Call a good friend with whom you can share your worries. Spend your time with a person who is very close to you.

Think about happy times or happy memories. listen to lively music and dance or sing along with it... sentimental songs or love songs will just make you feel more lonely...

Listening music may help you... I tried to do different activities for dancing, painting.. it helps to change my mood.

Fake it until you make it. I've read books about staying positive. One of the best ways, according to that book, is to act happy because we can wire our thought that we are happy if we act like one.
