Zumba fitness dance

Does anyone like zumba fitness dance? I do it and it is not at all tedious in any way. It feels like a fun activity more than an exercise. I also do Jazzercise and the Traditional Indian Bhangra dance. The results are amazing.

I haven't tried Zumba I just do Yoga. But my cousin was so obsessed before about Zumba.

I love to do Zumba, And if there's a chance i always join. We have our Friday Zumba but i guess it is not enough to do it once a week. But i never heard of Jazzercise and Bhangra dance. Well thank you for sharing coz i will try to surf for those in youtube.

I have never tried Zumba dance before.. but whenever I jog to Athletic Bowl, I always see Zumba dancers , dancing in Burnham Park

i also like Zumba its so much fun as compered to just working out. the great thing is that the more you enjoy it the more you do it and the results really show.
