Hey! It's Faith. This is part to of my journey of navigating through the dating world and crush phase. In the last discussion, I was telling you about my dilemma I had with a close guy friend of mine that is currently my crush. As I sit here and write these sentences, I realize that I have learned a lot in these past few weeks. That there is more to this crush I have. The guy I like is someone who I admire, someone I would love to date in the future. However, that does not mean that I am entirely ready to jump into a relationship. I am still growing and learning who I am as a person. Now back to the crush. I have taken all of the advice that you have given me into consideration. The majority of it I went along and tried it because I thought it is the right time. Some of the others I am not ready at all to do. The one thing that I learned, is that my friends want to rush me into a relationship. And if I am not dating someone they try to nudge me along and tell me I am not being bold enough. I stopped listening to them. I am going to do things on my own agenda. Yes, there are things I can do to make sure I am talking to him and getting to know him. But then there are things that I am just not ready to do. Thank you for reading, Faith
