What do you feel when scared?

My anxiety kicks in when I get scared, and it's hard to handle sometimes. Depends on why I got scared. Last time, was mid march. As we had a bad family problem, that we're still dealing with now.

It was two years back when I saw a snake ,jump and run away ,it's very anxiety at that time

I can't say I have been scared in a long while other than when Kai pops out of no where and scares the crap out of me because did not expect her to be there. Usually all you can do is roll with the punches.

I have not been scared in a long time. You feel afraid when you are scared.

The last time that I was really scared was late last summer. I was having health issues and had to see someone for it. The fear of the unknown is bad, and I get quite quiet, which isn't like me, and I worry.

As someone who suffers with anxiety, I get scared a lot over very irrational stuff. It's more annoying than anything. I end up freezing and shaking, unable to process thoughts in a effective way. If i was ever in a scary situation where I would need to be alert I don't think I'd be able to do it. I get scared about the most ridiculous stuff too. I can't hear fireworks or a balloon popping without shaking in fear bc it reminds me of a bomb or a gunshot. I can't be in places alone at night because I fear of something happening to me even if its very unlikely. This is what its like living with anxiety. The last time i got scared was the other day while my dad was driving me home. The person in front of us stopped abrubtly and we almost hit the car in front of us. I've been in a similar car accident before so it was almost like I was reliving it.

I was a bit scared some time back now but its difficult to explain and I can handle it though its not a nice feeling at all.

I seldom have that kind of feelings. If i'm scared I will ask my hubby to stay with me. lol

When I am scared, my heart goes like crazy and I feel shaky.

nervous palpitations, cold sweats - some job and welfare hearings have that effect on me

I pray that God will protect me and get me through my trying time.
