Hello Everyone,
If we have a good breakfast in the morning, then we feel more energetic throughout day.
My morning breakfast includes oats, milk, cereals and chapati at times, so that I do not get hungry for 2 hours while traveling.
I always keep dry fruits with me if ever feel like having a light snack for a boost.
What's in your daily menu for breakfast?

I can understand that, it is bit difficult to cope up within the small time in the early morning as you are a working lady...but then you need to prepare something for your kids and for yourself and your hubby! I really appreciate you women who are working and taking care of household responsibilities! God bless!

@kavinitu Misal was not my favorite initially, but as I moved to Maharashtra and started exploring Maharashtrian food, Misal became my instant favorite as its loaded with onion and is spicy food.
How come local restaurants in your area serve Misal?
And, I am pure tea person, I will take coffee only if tea is unavailable.
My day starts only with strong ginger tea.

@avi256 Actually we stay in a place where there Maharastrians and Misal is our specialty, so having Misal in local restaurants is a must. Anyways you would find them in most of the restaurants in Maharashtra which serve Misal and even the all time famous Wada Paav

All those dishes you mentioned are my favorite but Misal is my all time and anytime favorite.
Each time my husband takes me to a local restaurant the only thing I order is Misal
Before marriage I use to drink milk but as my husband loves only tea and no milk my habits also changed but not so much addicted to tea, are you tea or coffee person?

I normally eat a small breakfast. It ranges from a bowl of cereal to a toasted bagel with creamed cheese. On holidays I like to eat big so I prepare a bigger breakfast, or, depending on what time I get up, I cook a brunch instead. This usually consists of bacon, eggs, toast and pancakes.

Yeah its pretty hard to prepare our favourite dishes if you are a working woman. The only time is the holiday and that also depends on getting up because its the only day we get to relax from everything the office and kitchen. By the way you really have nice stuff for breakfast specially pancakes

Depending on how I feel and what's in my frig, breakfast is made. Being retired, I will cook up some spam, eggs easy over with tater tots. Sometimes I'll pop in my toaster oven frozen waffles with butter and sugar free syrup adding thawed frozen fruits. Other times it's just yogurt with almond slivers and thawed frozen fruits. I like pancake with bacon. Oates, cereal with milk or s boiled eggs with salami slices too adding buttered toast and I'm happy.

@oahuwriter They mentioned in the article that salami has very high saturated fatty acid and cholesterol which could lead to heart diseases. So besides pricey it also has some health disadvantages specially salami made of pork meat.

I love to eat salami, but it can be pricey. I found Target store is very inexpensive for quality salami! Taste is a bit spicy and salty. It's a deli meat sliced thin. I make sandwiches or eat it with cheese.
