Cleaning my phone book! How often should it be done!

It’s been a while since I cleaned my phone book. Seeing contacts that have not used for the last like 5 years and can’t even put a name on the face made me clean out my phone book. How often do you clean your contact list?

when a phone number stays idle for several years, i delete it at once.

I have not been into that but instead I was copying it to my laptop just in case something goes wrong with my phone. It's not done yet though.

Ours normally go right into the trash as soon as we get them. In the United States phone books are becoming a thing of the past.

i usually clean it out when i am bored. i just go through my list and if i cant recognize the number i just delete it.
