What is the biggest lie you tell yourself?

Sometimes I feel like I'm telling myself lies only. One of these lies is that I have enough time to complete something, especially studying for an important exam.
I also try to convince myself that everything is okay, and I don't need to take any steps to fix something wrong, or take care of my health, etc., although this isn't good at all.
What about you? :)

I keep telling myself I'm hungry. Then force feed it into me.

Oh! For me, sometimes I keep ignoring I'm hungry and keep doing something else even if I'm so. :D I'm weird, hahaha!

I am very open with myself about things like that. When it comes to my health I always seek my doctor's advice even though most times it turns out to be nothing.

That's a lot better for sure. I ought to do the same, too! :)

I think I am pushing my body too harshly by encouraging it every time that it can do every thing and nothing is impossible, though some times I feel that it is not really true today! Thanks @EricMcCole!

It's great to encourage oneself and have a high self-esteem, but it's not always worth it. Sometimes it's better to get some rest and ignore everything else. :D
