I'm looking to eat healthier but still tasty food, and I'm looking for some ideas. I love meat, but not a lot of vegetables and no cooked vegetables.

I am a vegetarian so i cant help much with this. But i do enjoy black bean vegetable salads with some cilantro and lime.

I do not really cook but I when I feel like cooking, I will. Usually pasta is what I like to cook.

I'm a sucker for pasta. My family has a homemade spaghetti sauce recipe that I've been addicted to since 3 years old.

@KitRivers Wow! And you cook it too or your mom?

@mlgen1037 My mom taught me when I was 12, so she wouldn't have to make it all the time, hahaha. I can eat it up to 4 times a week and be perfectly happy.

Well, I get kale by chopping it small and hiding it amongst the other greens, croutons, dressing, and mixed toppings in a salad. So I know there are ways to make something healthy palatable, but the trick is finding a good recipe.

Search online for a lemon, chicken, recipe. I did and it's extremely healthy and tasted awesome. Even my grandchildren, 5 and 7, love it. It's boneless chicken tenders, spinach, cherry tomatoes, chicken stock, and lemon. Of course I doctor it up with my own spices, but it really is a delicious, healthy, meal.
