I'm looking to eat healthier but still tasty food, and I'm looking for some ideas. I love meat, but not a lot of vegetables and no cooked vegetables.

Kelsie Spencer Well, I get kale by chopping it small and hiding it amongst the other greens, croutons, dressing, and mixed toppings in a salad. So I know there are ways to make something healthy palatable, but the trick is finding a good recipe.

Kelsie Spencer @mlgen1037 My mom taught me when I was 12, so she wouldn't have to make it all the time, hahaha. I can eat it up to 4 times a week and be perfectly happy.
