It is hard to eat applesauce with a fork

Applesauce with a fork

But not impossible. I know, because here I sit at work (where there is a shortage of spoons) doing just that... Getting to the bottom it becomes harder.. But I will prevail.. Somehow. What have you tried to do lately that you thought might be impossible?

@WorDazza I did not dare to suggest the same, but he can try to "drink" it instead of eating.

You poor thing... applesauce is so healthful! If only you had something else to scoop it up with to enjoy. Walmart has cheap plastic utensils to store for your next time meal.

@minx267 Easily, by getting one of those knives that has everything including a spoon.

A shortage of spoons!?! Shades of Jasper Fforde's Shades of Grey! As for your applesauce, I've found it quite easy to just drink it out of those little cups. =slurrrp!=

If I was short of spoon and had to eat applesauce, I would keep a spoon of my own. It really doesn't sound like a good idea to me using a fork to eat it.

Of course a fork it's not the most appropriate thing to use with applesauce.

@LadyDuck I didn't think so either.. that is why I went with the fork... even though I did foresee a slight problem.

I am thinking a plastic fork would be easier than a metal one..most of the plastics have a slightly wider base..almost "sporklike" in appearnce.
