In fact I have no problem at all that my husband will have a gathering with his friends now and then. Sometimes they will bring their families. But sometimes they will go alone. Such as on this Sunday they will have a gathering and my husband seems to like me to go with him. I asked him whether his friends will bring their wives and he told me he didn't know. I said whether it would be a little embarrassed if they didn't go but I go. My husband said it was fine as they all knew you

When my husband meets his friends also the wives go, they are no more kids, they prefer to meet all together.

My spouse does. But sometimes it's me who refuse. There are times he would go alone and I wouldn't mind even if he comes home very late. I do the same sometimes.

My husband would be much like yours and would like me to go. Just occasionally he and some golfing buddies get together for a barbecue but mostly the wives all turn up later for coffee or a drink.
