Of course I'm talking about the Body weight and actually many believe that morning walks can help us reduce the body weight and control the excess tummy and I'm of the same views as well but one thing I know is it'll take a lot of time and hard work as well and we need to leave the fried stuffs and excess of sweets. What are your views about it? Do You Think Morning Walks Can reduce weight? Please share.

If you will do it every day with the intention to do better each day then i am sure it can help. And of course you have to watch for your diet as well.

I don't think it will reduce our weight while walking in the morning.

Walks are good but I doubt they will help with weight loss unless they are very lengthy and in conjunction with major calorie restriction.

Nope. It depends upon lifestyle. Healthy diet is key. I have seen people after getting exhausted by doing morning walk they instantly made their way to own street food cousins. It's not gonna help them in this way.

I really think that morning walks can reduce weight as long as you are careful what and when you eat. Also morning walks is a good way to start your day, it gives you more evergy than laying in bed. Are you agree with me? haha:)
