We have these star gooseberries growing in our garden. These fruits are sour but some like to eat them. I prepare a juice by soaking them in sugar and keeping the container in the fridge The sugar absorbs the juice from the fruits and we get a concentrate which is diluted in water.
This is a refreshing drink specially in summer. It also has some health properties.

Do you have them in your garden? Try my method. You will get a delicious concentrate which you can dilute and have.

Sounds lovely. We don't get trees that produce that. We are thinking of getting some fruit trees though.
