i do cycling for 10 mins, then 15 mins on eliptical machine, 15 mins treadmil (jogging at 7.5 miles), skipping... uuuff.. i am tired...

I try to walk a total of 5 miles a day, which is about 10,000 steps. You can get a small pedometer to wear on your belt or pants that will count the number of steps, meters, miles, or whatever you walk. Some pedometers will count calories as well.
