These days we say Marathons or Half Marathons organized a lot and its good as well and they are mostly for a cause and also to make people aware of it and most of the times big Business houses come to sponsor the Evens and Marathon and most of the times the proceeds collected from the revenue from Advertisers is donates to different Charities and NGO's which is a very good thing.

I have done movie marathons,TV series marathons etc.But if you mean Running ,then NO.
