I don't think school is a determinant of success like the world has take it to be. Most children or students bury their genius while trying to please the grades therefore restricting their knowledge to only a particular thing which is that which they are taught. Success could emerge from career, profession, spirituality, finance e. t. c but academic excellence has overshadowed the rest.
I'm not saying it's not good to be academically sound or successful, rather, students shouldn't bury their genius, and kill their gifts because they are trying to please the grade.
I believe in one thing "your gift is what should be doing because that is where you will make your money"

Most of the scientists and great people are school drop outs! I firmly believe that it is the individual rather than school that leads one's life! In have many friend from so called from the best schools and they are doing average in their lives and I have at the same time some friends coming out from ordinary schools and are excelling to day in their lives! If one is talented and intelligent it really doesn't matter from which school he /she is passing out! Thanks!

I agree on this and hopefully some people or rather companies, would not look at the school where the person came from, but rather look at its skills and capabilities.

For me, education is important, not the school per se. Usually there are more people who are more intelligent than those who are schooled.
