A Decision that Changed Your Life

It just happened so fast that changed my life forever. A decision I made for the better but resulted in the worst and almost ruined my life. I'm doing well in my career learning from my experiences from apprentice to becoming a manager, but due to uncontrol happenings I've changed a career or I say a totally different field of my expertise. And the worst part of it is I brought my family with me. It is a very sad and challenging lesson that you cannot get everything and something you want will not go as a plan or what you wanted. Have you experience this and how do you cope up?

Yes, but sometimes what we want isn't always what we get..
There maybe a better opportunity for you.. Remember, everything happens for a reason.

Of course, Jay. But for me, whatever decision you make, no matter what the outcome is, stick by it. I am not to tell you that your decision is wrong but I think everything will turn out right, just be strong. Those are just challenges along the way. I did have to go thru the same thing but I am glad I stuck by my decision to not give up when if I am on the brink of giving up.

@jaytp75 That's it. You are resilient and I know you will be able to sort it thru. Goodluck.

Fortunately, I have not had that sort of experience. I hope everything turns out well.

The one single decision that changed my life the most was the decision to go to college. If we knew what the outcome of what our decisions would be a lot of them could be avoided, but that's what freedom is, the ability to make our own mistakes. Often we have to look at these experiences as blessings in disguise and think of the positives and I know that is hard to do, when you are going through a tough time.

We all had bad choices. But it doesn't necessarily mean it's bad. I heard someone say that there are no bad decisions, what we do next should make them the correct decisions.
